Appellant was charged with several offenses by way of three indictments. Only two of those indictments are presently before us. On appeal, the court of appeals found that the trial court had not acquired jurisdiction and reversed appellants convictions. We reverse the judgment of the court of appeals as to both causes and remand Cause No. 05-06-1230-CR so that the court of appeals may resolve appellants remaining issue.
